KX-T: tda200 v3.2

Here is my question
Client has a tda200 v3.2 with a pri telco trunk. They want to attach existing data bases to the incomming call so agents have the callers file on thier computer along with the caller. This sounds vague and I do apologise. Panasonic told me to see G3 Nova Communications for 3rd party cti solutions. I am new at this part of my little telco world so any help would be appreciated from all the pro's out there.
