Hey
I got a reply from the IT guy about what he actually needs (I think)?!.

Im looking for docmentation on how to sync the call log software with a 
mysql server in realtime so when a call comes in or goes out on certain 
extensions my lead tracking software can pull up the info if its an current 
lead, or create new lead or add to lead.
I hope this helps. All the other info below is the same.
