KX-T: 1232 problem explanation

Hi everybody
I think i should explain a little more about the problem, the company which this 1232 system is installed there want this:
the general manager extension for example 132 wants no one except extension no. 130 can intercom his extension. All other intercom connection forward their calls to 130 if her Secretary (no. 130) confirms that she forwards the intercom connection to him. Beside that the DISA card is installed and all in coming call also the same way.

I have installed 1232 system it is working fine. My requirement is like that certain Extensions should not make call to other specific Extension,but they can make call to outside and rest of other extensions. is there any possibility for it in Panasonic.
for example ext. no 130 only ext. no. 132,123 can called no other extension can be.
