KX-T: KX-TD1232 strobes on XDP port

If XDP is off, you must program the extension for parallel ring. It is off
by default.

Trying to set up strobes on a 1232.  In the old 1232-11D we just set up
parallel extension in the programming and ran a duplex modular jack into the
wall plate.  After moving to the KX-TD1232 this no longer worked.

The Wheelock strobes will work if plugged directly into the extension jack
with no phone so the ringing voltage is correct.  However they will not work
when connected in series or when plugged into the XDP port with XDP disabled
in programming.
