KX-T: Not a Panasonic but a Toshiba Question

Hope someone can help me with a Toshiba DK 40i system and Stratagy
voicemail.

 

 

I cannot get a voicemail box to take calls from an external line which
redirected to an extension 16 using the call forward fixed setting to
voicemail (ext 18). The voicemail box for extension 16 works find for
internal calls. When the call forward fixed is on the external call just
rings out.

THE SETUP IS AS FOLLOWS

When the system is set in night service an individual line rings only at
extension 16 and when the call forward fixed is switch on it should take
messages but it doesn't as I said above it works fine internally. The line
is analogue (POTS)

 

Is there a DIL setting in the Toshiba

 

Any ideas
