KX-T: Noise speech in kx-td1232

Hi all. I have a big problem in a KX-TD1232: when an extension hang on the phone (or enter in the sphone button) is heard a big noise for aprox. 1 sec and then the dial tone. this noise is hear in interdigit time and sometimes in an communication. Can somebody help me please?
