KX-T: Problems Panasonic TDA100

Hello. I have a head office(plant) panasonic tda100 with a T1. When there enters a call and the person who is called the call a bunch since(as,like) want it(he,she) continues stamping. In sometimes if it is answered and the person who calls bunch if the one who I answer does not close follows(continues) Seemingly  the call in line.
