KX-T: Kxtd 1232 extension

Do you have dc voltage on the pair?  about 16-17vdc is normal. do you 
have this dc level on the black pulse transformer on the port card?  if 
you swap the upper and lower port card( bottom layer of cards), does the 
problem stay with the card?

do the 3 related ports work? (grouped as 1-2-3-4 / 5-6-7-8 / 9-10-11-12 
/ 13-14-15-16)
