KX-T: First IP EXT Card

TDA100 client wants 2 remote IP phones. I am not a network guru so want to
make sure he knows all upfront cost.
Obviously need TDA0470 and 2 phones 136 or 265. QOS routers are probably
helpful but are they required?
Home users probably have cable/DSL modem what will they need? 
Are static IP's required on both sides? Anyone have a simple cut sheet for
setting these up?
