KX-T: KX-TA624-3 Last Number Redialed

Customer with KX-TA624-3 complains that once or twice a day, they dial a number but the system dials out the last number previously dialed from that phone.  However, they note that it is not always the same phone location that does this.

Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions or solutions?
