KX-T: Cordless Issues

We are having trouble getting clients used to the current line of cordless
phones. Not easy to access calls on hold,too many options etc.  Anyone find
a good way(or tips) to integrate cordless capabilities with the most recent
line.
I have tried using standard cordless phones in parallel with a desk
phone,but still getting complaints.
