Panalog is a less expensive logging package that is popular.
There is another "free" networked program called "phonelogger". It is
free because it is no longer supported by the creators- you have to
figure it out with the existing documentation. The pc that is doing
the logging becomes a server so you can access the info and get
reports over the network. I have used it on some TD1232's and I think
it would also work on the TDA. see www.mft.com/phonelogger

I have 2 companies sharing the same switch, lines and phones. Calls going to auto attendant. Customer dials 1 for company A and 2 for company B. 1 goes to ICD gp 601 and 2 goes to ICD gp 602. All they have to do is count the calls on the screen to see who gets the calls. They want to keep track so they can be fare is sharing the expenses. They looked at the SMDR output and bitched about counting the calls themselves.
