KX-T: KX-TA824 Remote Greet message change

I have a customer with a KX-TA824 with a DISA card and the MSG card. All work perfectly with after hours greeting and being able to leave messages in different doctors mailboxes.

After a recent heavy snowstorm, they were unable to open the office in the morning and wanted to know if there is a way to REMOTELY change the outgoing  greeting to announce the office is closed.

There is NO voicemail, only the DISA and MSG cards. According to the manual, the message can only be recorded from the "Managers" extension. Does anybody have an alternate method for remote message change in this system?
