The only thing with VOIP is, many customers go back to the phone
company after about a month. The voice quality is not very good,
especially connecting from digital to analog circuits. I have
witnessed this with VOIP from Cisco systems for Cathay Bank which
previously had cost effective full featured Panasonic systems. The
discussion has being running back and forth. Many branches have not
been happy, customer's complain of poor audio quality, and the cost
of one of the VOIP phone terminals from Cisco Systems is in excess of $200.00
